This can include eligible business software, online services, and other recurring subscriptions.
Before starting a subscription
- Make sure your Business card is active.
- Confirm that sufficient funds are available for the transaction.
- Check that the merchant accepts your card.
- Review the merchant's billing terms and renewal schedule.
If a subscription payment is declined
A recurring payment can be declined because of insufficient funds, merchant restrictions, country restrictions, transaction restrictions, card controls, or other authorization requirements.
If the payment continues to fail, review the transaction details and contact PassCash Support if you need assistance.
