Checking your wallet balance
Your wallet balance shows the funds currently recorded as available within the applicable PassCash wallet.
View your balance
- Sign in to PassCash.
- Open the wallet section.
- Select the wallet you want to review.
- Review the displayed available balance.
Review transaction history
If you are trying to understand a balance change, review your transaction history. Deposits, transfers, withdrawals, fees and other transactions may affect your available balance.
Balance differences
A transaction that is pending, reversed, completed or subject to a fee may affect how your balance is displayed.
If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact PassCash Support with the relevant transaction information.
