View your wallet balance
- Sign in to your PassCash account.
- Open the wallet section.
- Select the wallet you want to review.
- Review the displayed available balance.
Review your transaction history
If you are trying to understand a balance change, review your transaction history. Deposits, transfers, withdrawals, fees, and other transactions can affect your available balance.
If your balance looks incorrect
Review the relevant transactions and their current status. If you believe your balance is incorrect, contact PassCash Support with the transaction information.
