Open your withdrawal history to view the latest status of the transaction.
A withdrawal can remain pending while PassCash processes the request or while additional processing is required for the selected withdrawal method.
What you should do
- Check the withdrawal status in your transaction history.
- Allow the applicable processing period to pass.
- Do not repeatedly submit another withdrawal for the same transaction while the original request is pending.
- Contact PassCash Support if the withdrawal remains pending longer than expected.
