How do I create a virtual card?
Log in to your PassCash account and open the Virtual Cards section. Select the option to create a card and follow the instructions provided. Your account must meet the applicable card eligibility requirements.
What can I use my PassCash card for?
Your PassCash card can be used for eligible purchases at supported merchants that accept the card network associated with your card. Certain merchants, transactions, or locations may be restricted.
Why can I not create a virtual card?
Virtual card creation may require an eligible wallet or sufficient available balance. If you meet the requirements and still cannot create a card, contact PassCash Support so the issue can be reviewed.
