Review a transfer
Open the relevant transaction from your history to review the information available for that transfer.
Information to check
- Transaction amount.
- Transaction date.
- Recipient or sender information.
- Transaction status.
- Applicable fees.
Pending transfers
A pending transfer may still be undergoing processing. Avoid submitting a duplicate transaction while the original transfer remains pending unless PassCash specifically instructs you to do so.
Unexpected activity
If you notice a transfer that you did not authorize, secure your account and contact PassCash Support immediately.
