How do I send money?
Log in to PassCash and use the available Send Money or Transfer feature. Enter the required recipient and transaction information and follow the instructions to complete the transfer.
How do I exchange money between wallets?
Use the Exchange Money feature in your PassCash account. Select the wallet you want to exchange from, choose the destination wallet, enter the amount, review the transaction details, and confirm the exchange.
Why did my transaction fail?
A transaction may fail because of insufficient funds, account restrictions, security checks, recipient information, merchant restrictions, or a temporary processing issue. Review the transaction details and contact Support if you need assistance.
